Rain Bird SW10-30PS Drip Irrigation Spot Watering Dripper/Emitter, 1.0 Gallon Per Hour, 30-Pack is a robust pressure-compensating emitter that provides a medium 1.0 gallon-per-hour flow rate. It is ideal for watering the root zones of garden and landscape plants, shrubs, and container plantings. Rain Bird's pressure-compensating design ensures that all plants receive the desired watering rate, regardless of their position along the distribution tubing run. The emitter delivers uniform flow throughout a wide pressure range from 15 to 50 psi. The barbed ends securely retain 1/4" Drip tubing for a leak-proof connection. The self-piercing barb allows for direct insertion into the side of 1/2" or larger Drip irrigation tubing, or for use with 1/4" tubing for positioning near individual plants. The emitter is simple to insert by hand, or for faster installation, use one of Rain Bird’s insertion tools (sold separately): ET/1PK25S, HPUN1-1S, and HPTCX. It is designed with large water passages and self-flushing action to help prevent clogging and is constructed of highly durable UV and chemical-resistant materials to withstand adverse conditions. The emitters are color coded for easy identification of flow rate and come in a convenient plastic bag containing 30 black-colored emitters. They are also available in 0.5, 2.0, and 5.0 GPH flow rates to customize watering for varying plant types and sizes.
