The ideal sprinkler for watering annuals in a flowerbed or container is the multi-stream drip emitter. It features a full pattern gentle multi-stream that can extend up to 3 feet at a typical drip operating pressure of 30 PSI. By rotating the multi-stream head clockwise, you can decrease the spray radius or shut it off completely.

The multi-stream emitter has a 10-32 male thread (MT) inlet that connects to an optional 6 or 12-inch drip stake with 10-32 female thread (FT). Additionally, the inlet has a barb for direct connection to 1/4-inch tubing, and you can secure the emitter in place at each plant with a drip tubing Y-anchor stake. You can run 1/4-inch drip tubing from a drip manifold, a 1/2-inch drip tubing “lateral” line, or directly off the hose faucet with a 1/4-inch hose faucet x 1/4-inch adapter.

The recommended operating pressure is 30 PSI, and it is suitable for outdoor irrigation use with cold water only. For precise micro-watering of trees, shrubs, perennials, or annuals, the multi-stream emitter offers multiple streams that provide a gentle flow at low application rates to assist with soak-in. The flow control allows for adjustment to a wide range of water application rates, and it features a 10-32 male thread and 1/4-barb for connection into drip stakes or tubing. It can be controlled with a B-hyve smart controller for optimum water conservation.
